Shot Box is our red-carpet-style photography service — a professional photographer stationed at your entrance or step-and-repeat, capturing polished arrival portraits of guests as they walk in. It's the treatment reserved for premieres and galas: the branded backdrop, the pro with the real camera and lighting, the flattering, editorial-quality shot. Unlike a self-serve booth, there's a photographer directing every frame, so the output looks like coverage from a real event shoot — not a booth print. We run it across all five boroughs from our Midtown Manhattan base.

A booth is guest-operated and made for volume and play; Shot Box is made for the polished, brand-forward portrait. A photographer manages the pose, the light and the backdrop framing, catches couples and groups the way they'd want to be seen, and keeps a clean, consistent look across the whole guest list. For a premiere, a gala, an awards night or a VIP brand activation, that difference is the difference between fun snapshots and a gallery worthy of the invitation. It's also the right call when the backdrop is a sponsor's step-and-repeat and the images need to look like press coverage.

It's built for the New York moments that call for a red carpet. Every image can carry the event's branding and be color-graded to a consistent look, so the gallery is a cohesive, on-brand set rather than a mix of phone shots. For corporate and sponsor clients, that gallery is a ready-made asset library for the recap, the press kit and social — real photography, delivered as brand content.

Guests can get their arrival portrait on their phone during the event via a branded QR gallery, and the full, edited set is delivered as a polished online gallery afterward. Because it's a photographer and not a booth, we can turn around a hand-selected set of hero images quickly for a same-night social push, then deliver the complete gallery once the edit is done. It's coverage that shares fast and holds up as a keepsake.
