Trusted by the brands that set the bar in New York
Marketing teams and agencies don't book a novelty — they book a partner who makes them look good in front of a room and a boardroom. We've run branded photo experiences for New Era at the NFL Draft, Vox Media × Heinz, the NFL, the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Carnegie Museum of Art's Tepper gala, Laura Geller Beauty and the V Foundation for Cancer Research, and we've captured for Nike, Meta, Google, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Macy's, Paramount, Bacardi, Pepsi, Live Nation and Harvard, Yale and Princeton. That roster is the reason planners hand us the front-of-house moment and don't think about it again.
New Era × Dick's Sporting Goods
An NFL Draft cap activation — branded step-and-repeat, live cap display and instant shareables that turned every fan into an impression.
Vox Media × Heinz
A 'Draft Pick' AI trading-card activation — guests became collectible, brand-styled cards against a Heinz step-and-repeat, printed and shared on the spot.
The V Foundation & CMOA Tepper Gala
Black-tie fundraisers — an editorial glam booth delivering upscale portraits and email-gated shareables worthy of the room.
What corporate buyers actually need — and we deliver every time
A photo experience at a corporate event is a marketing channel, a logistics problem and a brand risk all at once. Here's how we take each off your plate.
Professional, on-time, invisible-until-needed
A uniformed crew that arrives dock-ready on the right freight window and runs the experience without becoming the vendor your ops team has to babysit. Backup gear on site — the booth does not go dark mid-event.
Insured & COI-ready for Class A and union venues
We carry the limits corporate venues expect ($1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate) and name the venue and building management as additional insureds with their exact wording, submitted ahead of load-in. Union freight, electrical and rigging coordinated.
Fully on-brand, matched to your deck
Your step-and-repeat, overlays, card art, backdrop worlds, GIF templates, gallery page and end cards — built to the campaign, not pulled from a stock library. Output looks like your creative team made it.
Lead capture built in
Gate the instant digital share behind an email or short form and every guest who uses the booth becomes a captured contact tied to your event — a list that grows while it delivers content.
A measurable content deliverable
You get a branded gallery, usage data and a clean set of your-logo-on-every-image assets your social and comms teams reuse for weeks. The kind of ROI a CMO signs off on.
Seamless five-borough logistics
Based in Midtown Manhattan, we're a fixture at the West Side's launch-and-activation spaces and cover Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens with one insured crew — Javits, Class A towers, union houses and rooftop venues included.
The premium booth lineup that pulls the high-end lane
Corporate and agency buyers want the booths that feel like a brand moment, not a party rental. The glambot is the wedge — the cinematic, red-carpet product that makes an activation go viral — backed by the 360 and AI experiences that carry your logo across the feed.
Glambot
A cinematic robotic camera arm that sweeps slow-motion, red-carpet hero shots of your guests — the premium, viral centerpiece for launches, galas and award-show energy.
360 Booth
A spinning platform captures a slow-motion 360 video, branded and shared instantly — the social-first content that carries your logo across the feed.
AI & AI Trading Card Booth
Guests become brand-styled, one-of-a-kind portraits or collectible trading cards — printed and shared on the spot, the way we did it for Vox Media × Heinz.
Selfie & Green Screen
High-throughput, activation-ready booths that move a crowd fast, drop guests into any branded world, and gate the share behind a lead capture.
Glam Booth
Studio lighting and a flattering editorial finish — the NYC gala staple for polished, on-brand portraits of donors, executives and VIP guests.
Mirror Booth
A full-length magic mirror that keeps hundreds of guests moving without a line — branded prints for a big holiday-party or reception crowd.
Launches & activations
For a product launch or brand activation, the booth is the experience. In the Hell's Kitchen and Midtown West white-box spaces near The Glasshouse, in a SoHo cast-iron loft, at Bathhouse Studios in the East Village or Capitale on the Bowery, we set a branded 360, glambot or open-air selfie booth against your step-and-repeat. The glambot and 360 produce the social-first video that carries your logo across the feed; the selfie booth moves a high volume of guests through fast and gates the share behind an email capture, so your activation actually builds a list. Every overlay, screen and gallery page wears your brand.
Galas, holiday parties & receptions
For the black-tie end of the calendar, we match the booth to the room. A gala at 583 Park Avenue, a holiday party at Gotham Hall, a Cipriani reception on Wall Street — these want a glam booth for the polished portraits or a mirror booth to keep hundreds of guests moving without a line. In Brooklyn, Weylin and 74Wythe in Williamsburg host corporate galas with rooftop skyline views; in Queens, LIC's Bordone and Ravel rooftops and the big Astoria and Flushing halls handle large-scale corporate celebrations. We brand the prints and screens so the output looks like it came from your creative team.
How a corporate booking works
No mystery, no back-and-forth. Tell us the brand, the venue and the moment, and we run the rest.
Brief & proposal
Share the venue, date and goals — content, lead capture, a brand moment — and we return a corporate proposal with the right booth, branding scope and pricing.
Branding & COI
We design the overlays, step-and-repeat and gallery to your deck, and submit the COI with the venue and building management named as additional insureds ahead of load-in.
Load-in & run
A uniformed crew arrives dock-ready on the right freight window, coordinates union rules, and runs the experience for your guests — with backup gear on site.
Deliverables & data
You get a branded gallery, the captured-lead list and a clean set of logo-on-every-image assets your team reuses for weeks after the event.
New York's film & creative ecosystem, too
Beyond the boardroom, we work the creative side of corporate New York — production wraps, agency parties, and events in the film ecosystem around LIC's Silvercup and Astoria's Kaufman Astoria Studios. The proximity of LaGuardia and JFK, both in Queens, makes the borough a real hub for corporate offsites with out-of-town guests. Wherever the event lands, we bring a booth that's on-brand, on-time and on-schedule.

Tell us your venue, date and goals — content, lead capture, brand moment — and we'll design the booth experience, handle the COI and freight coordination, and deliver the assets and data after. Good questions, straight answers.
Can the booth capture leads at our activation?
Yes. We gate the instant digital share behind an email or short form, so every guest who uses the booth becomes a captured contact tied to your event. You get the list, a branded gallery and usage data afterward — a measurable marketing channel, not just a fun corner of the room.
Do you handle COI for Class A Manhattan buildings?
Yes, and it's non-negotiable in corporate NYC — the Certificate of Insurance is the prerequisite to booking the freight elevator. We carry the limits venues expect ($1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate) and name the venue and building management as additional insureds with their exact wording, submitted early.
Can you work union venues?
Yes. At union convention halls and hotels, freight handling, electrical and rigging may be union-controlled. We coordinate with those rules and schedule our setup within the venue's labor requirements so load-in stays on the right freight window.
Can the booth be fully branded to our campaign?
Completely. Custom on-screen overlays, logo, colors, GIF templates, step-and-repeat, backdrop worlds, a branded gallery page, and your logo on every image and print — built to your deck, not a stock library. It looks like your creative team made it.
Which experience is best for a corporate event or activation?
For launches and activations, the glambot (the premium, viral red-carpet product), the 360 (social-first video) or the selfie booth (high throughput plus lead capture). For galas and holiday parties, the glam booth (polished portraits) or mirror booth (fast branded prints for a big crowd). We'll recommend based on your goals and venue in the proposal.
What do we get after the event?
A branded gallery, the captured-lead list, usage data and a clean set of your-logo-on-every-image assets your social and comms teams can reuse for weeks — plus any highlight content from the glambot or 360.
