Good questions,
straight answers.
Everything NYC planners ask us — coverage, insurance, union venues, load-in and booking.
NYC photo booth questions.
Where in NYC are you based?
We're a New York City company based in Midtown Manhattan / Hell's Kitchen — near the A/C/E at 50th, Times Square and Hudson Yards. As a service-area business we come to your venue; we serve all five boroughs from here.
Which boroughs do you cover?
Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens are our core, and we also cover the Bronx and Staten Island. Tell us your venue and we'll confirm coverage and any load-in details.
Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance for my venue?
Yes. Almost every NYC venue requires one before load-in. We carry general liability (commonly $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate) and will name your venue and building management as additional insureds with the exact wording their management company requires — sent well ahead of your freight-elevator window.
Can you handle union venues and Class A buildings?
Yes. We work regularly in union venues and corporate towers where freight elevators, loading docks and labor rules are strictly scheduled. We coordinate load-in slots in advance and staff accordingly.
Which booth is best for a NYC wedding?
The glam booth's editorial black-and-white portraits are the uptown-ballroom favorite; the 360 booth is the viral showstopper for rooftop and loft receptions; the mirror booth's fast prints keep big banquet-hall lines moving. We'll match the booth to your room and guest count.
How does parking and load-in work in the city?
We plan for it. Street parking near most Manhattan venues is unrealistic, so we schedule loading-dock access, keep a crew member with the vehicle during the unload window, and stage from nearby garages when needed. In DUMBO we plan for cobblestone carts and older freight elevators.
How far in advance should I book?
Peak NYC wedding and corporate dates and the best venues book a year out. The earlier we lock your booth, the smoother your load-in — call (212) 705-8746 to check your date.
