Built for Williamsburg's activation market

No other Brooklyn neighborhood packs as many brand launches, creative-industry mixers and photogenic weddings into a single square mile as Williamsburg. On any given week the North Side hosts a beauty drop, a tech company's holiday party and a fashion pop-up, and every one of them wants a shareable moment guests will post before they leave. DigiBooths NYC is a NYC-native company built for exactly that. We run 360 booths that catch the skyline through a rooftop railing, editorial black-and-white glam booths that turn a founder into a magazine cover, high-throughput mirror booths that keep a 300-person line moving, and open-air selfie booths set against a branded step-and-repeat for lead capture. Green screen, GIF and light-painting rounds it out. We're a quick run over the Williamsburg Bridge from our Hell's Kitchen office, so a same-week corporate ask is rarely a problem.

The venues we know

We've loaded in across Williamsburg's best rooms. The Wythe Hotel, in its restored 1901 factory at 80 Wythe Ave, moves crowds through six spaces up to Bar Blondeau's rooftop, and its industrial brick reads beautifully behind a glam setup. Westlight, the 22nd-floor bar atop The William Vale at 111 North 12th, is 360-booth country the moment the skyline lights up. 74Wythe is a purpose-built, four-space event house in a 1929 Art Deco spice factory with an all-season rooftop that's ideal for step-and-repeat activations up to 800 guests. Brooklyn Bowl on Wythe Ave layers bowling and live music for brand nights that want energy, and Brooklyn Brewery remains a Williamsburg staple for tastings and private dinners. For garden-lit dinners, Aurora on Grand Street hides one of the neighborhood's prettiest outdoor rooms.

Which booth fits your Williamsburg event

For a brand activation, the open-air selfie booth against a custom step-and-repeat is our workhorse: branded overlays, instant text/email delivery, and a lead-capture form that hands your marketing team a clean list the next morning. For product launches and press nights, the glam booth's editorial B&W finish flatters everyone and photographs like a campaign asset. Rooftops at Westlight and 74Wythe are made for the 360 booth, where the skyline spins behind each guest. Weddings, while a smaller share of what we do here, love the mirror booth's print-in-hand keepsakes and the glam booth for portraits. Tell us the room and the goal and we'll spec the footprint, power draw and attendant count to match.

COI, freight and Williamsburg logistics

Williamsburg venues run tight on insurance and load-in, and we handle it before you have to ask. We issue COIs at $1M/$2M with the venue and building management named as additional insured, typically well ahead of most house deadlines. Many of these buildings are converted factories with freight elevators, shared docks and street-level restrictions, so we coordinate loading-dock windows, plan cart routes and confirm parking or standing space in advance. Rooftop setups at The William Vale and 74Wythe need elevator timing and staging that we'll map out with the venue's events team so your booth is built and tested before doors. If your venue needs a specific certificate holder or has a union-labor rule, flag it early and we'll build around it.

Whether you're activating a brand at 74Wythe, throwing a launch party at Brooklyn Bowl or getting married under the Wythe Hotel's brick, DigiBooths NYC has the booths, the insurance and the Brooklyn logistics dialed in. We've produced for Bayer, Dior, Macy's and Chick-fil-A, and we bring that same operational polish to a 40-person mixer. Reach us at our Manhattan office, Midtown Manhattan, a short hop from Williamsburg over the bridge, or call (212) 705-8746 to check a date and lock your booth package.

FAQ

Good questions, straight answers.

Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance for Williamsburg venues?

Yes. We issue COIs at $1M/$2M and name the venue plus building management as additional insured. Send us your venue's certificate-holder language and we'll turn it around ahead of their deadline for rooms like the Wythe Hotel, Westlight and 74Wythe.

Which booth is best for a brand activation in Williamsburg?

Our open-air selfie booth with a branded step-and-repeat and lead-capture form is the go-to for activations, delivering branded photos and a clean marketing list. For rooftop moments at Westlight or 74Wythe, the 360 booth capturing the skyline is hard to beat.

Can you handle freight and load-in at a converted factory venue?

Absolutely. Many Williamsburg venues are old factory buildings with freight elevators and shared docks. We coordinate loading-dock windows, cart routes, staging and parking in advance so setup is finished and tested before your guests arrive.

How fast can you book a booth for a Williamsburg corporate event?

We're a quick run from our Hell's Kitchen office over the Williamsburg Bridge, so same-week corporate requests are usually workable. Call (212) 705-8746 and we'll confirm availability and spec a package on the spot.

Do you do weddings in Williamsburg too?

We do. Weddings are secondary to our corporate and activation work, but the Wythe Hotel and Aurora's garden are gorgeous backdrops. The mirror booth's instant prints and the glam booth's editorial portraits are the popular picks for couples.
