The Theater District is our home turf

The Theater District runs on adrenaline: sold-out Broadway houses, press junkets, sponsor after-parties, and corporate takeovers that borrow the marquee glow of Times Square. DigiBooths NYC works this zone constantly because our Hell's Kitchen office in Midtown Manhattan sits a single block from the theaters. When a producer needs a booth staged on a tight turn between a matinee strike and an evening reception, we're not fighting the West Side Highway or a bridge queue to get there. That proximity matters most on show nights, when 46th through 50th Streets are choked with load-ins, town cars, and pedestrian barricades. We know which side streets stay passable, which garages hold gear overnight, and how to time a wheel-in so it never crosses a curtain call. For brands that want the unmistakable Times Square backdrop behind every share, this neighborhood delivers it and we deliver into it without drama.

Venues we set up in around Times Square

The New York Marriott Marquis is the anchor here. Its Broadway Ballroom and fourth-floor rooms host some of the largest corporate galas in Midtown, and its Broadway Lounge handles cocktail activations for up to a thousand guests. We stage 360 and mirror booths there regularly and route through its dedicated freight elevators and loading dock. A few blocks over, the R Lounge at the Renaissance New York Times Square Hotel wraps guests in floor-to-ceiling views of the Times Square bowtie, an ideal frame for a glam booth at an intimate VIP dinner or launch reception. For rooftop energy we work Magic Hour at Moxy Times Square, whose ten-thousand-square-foot indoor-outdoor deck suits big branded activations, and Haven Rooftop atop the Sanctuary Hotel on West 47th for smaller cocktail crowds. The Hard Rock Hotel New York rounds out the mix for music- and entertainment-brand events that want a rooftop over the marquees.

Booths built for launches, galas, and activations

This is corporate territory first, so we lead with the booths that move brand goals. Our open-air selfie booth is the workhorse for brand activations: a custom step-and-repeat, on-brand overlays, and built-in lead capture that hands your team a clean list of everyone who engaged. For high-throughput cocktail hours where a line can't form, the mirror booth prints fast and keeps guests moving. The 360 booth is the showpiece for product launches and gala moments, the slow-motion clip that dominates the LinkedIn and Instagram feed the next morning. For black-tie galas and press events, the glam booth's editorial black-and-white finish reads like a red-carpet portrait. We also bring green screen for themed campaigns, GIF loops for social, and light painting for a signature reveal. Weddings do happen here too, and we handle those beautifully, but the Theater District's calendar is dominated by corporate and activation work, and our kit is built for it.

COI, freight, and union logistics done right

Times Square venues are Class A buildings with real requirements, and a booth vendor who can't clear them is a liability. DigiBooths NYC issues COIs at the $1M and $2M levels with the venue and building management named as additional insured, formatted the way each property's risk desk expects, so your certificate isn't the thing that stalls at the dock. We coordinate freight-elevator windows and loading-dock times in advance, which is non-negotiable at the Marriott Marquis and the Times Square hotels where dock slots are tightly scheduled. We work smoothly with union labor when a venue requires it, aligning our crew with house rules instead of tripping over them. And because on-street parking near the marquees is effectively nonexistent, we stage from nearby garages and hand-truck the final leg. Brands including Bayer, Dior, Macy's, and Chick-fil-A have trusted us to arrive credentialed and disappear clean.

FAQ

Good questions, straight answers.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance for Times Square venues like the Marriott Marquis?

Yes. We issue COIs at $1M and $2M coverage levels with your venue and its building management named as additional insured, formatted to each property's requirements. Send us the venue and we'll have the certificate ready ahead of your load-in so it never holds up the dock.

Which photo booth works best for a corporate brand activation in the Theater District?

For activations we usually recommend the open-air selfie booth with a custom step-and-repeat and built-in lead capture, or the 360 booth for launch moments that need shareable video. Both put your branding on every photo and the 360 clips tend to dominate social the next morning.

How do you handle load-in during Broadway show hours?

Because our office is one block from the theaters in Midtown Manhattan, we time wheel-ins around matinees and curtain calls, stage gear from nearby garages, and coordinate freight-elevator and loading-dock windows in advance so nothing crosses foot traffic or a performance.

Do you work with union venues in the Theater District?

Yes. Several Theater District and Times Square venues use union labor, and we coordinate our crew and timing to house rules so setup and strike go smoothly without jurisdictional friction.

Do you also do weddings in the Theater District?

We do, and we run them beautifully. That said, most of our Theater District work is corporate: galas, product launches, brand activations, and VIP dinners. If you're planning a wedding here we're happy to help, and our booth lineup and logistics carry right over.
