Beaux-Arts meets creative energy
NoMad, the pocket north of Madison Square Park, is one of Manhattan's most photogenic event neighborhoods. Restored Beaux-Arts banking halls and ballrooms sit alongside design-driven boutique hotels, drawing a mix of corporate dinners, fundraising galas, brand dinners and creative launches. The vocabulary here is elegance with an edge, and DigiBooths NYC styles to it. As a NYC-native company staging out of nearby Midtown, we know these landmark rooms and boutique lobbies and how to place a booth that reads as part of the design rather than a rental parked by the bar. NoMad hosts weddings too, but its core is corporate and creative, and that is how we spec every event. The neighborhood rewards restraint: these are rooms with genuine architectural detail, and the goal is to add a photo experience that feels native to the space, not to drop a plastic kiosk in front of a hand-restored plaster ceiling. We choose finishes, backdrops and booth styling that hold up next to the room's own craftsmanship.
NoMad venues we work
The Prince George Ballroom at 15 East 27th Street is the neighborhood's crown jewel: over 9,000 square feet of restored Neo-Renaissance space across the Ballroom, the Ladies' Tea Room and the Gallery, a favorite for galas, product launches and awards dinners. The Fifth Avenue Hotel, a landmarked Renaissance-style palazzo joined to a modern glass tower, offers intimate salons and grand rooms for VIP dinners and receptions. Ace Hotel New York, in its turn-of-the-century landmark building, brings a creative, downtown energy that brand and media events gravitate to. The recently reopened Hotel Seville NoMad, formerly the James, adds a restored Beaux-Arts ballroom and salon spaces for corporate gatherings. Between the landmark ballrooms and the design-driven hotels, NoMad gives a booth two very different kinds of rooms to work, and we style the rig differently for a grand gala than we do for an intimate rooftop or lobby event at a boutique property.
Booths that suit the room
NoMad's rich, restored interiors call for a booth with polish. The glam booth is the natural fit, its editorial black-and-white portraits echoing the neighborhood's Beaux-Arts elegance and flattering a room of executives, donors or press. For a creative brand dinner or media event at a boutique hotel, the 360 booth generates the shareable content those crowds expect, spinning clips out to social in real time. When headcount climbs at a Prince George gala, the mirror booth prints fast and keeps the line short. And for a branded activation, our open-air selfie booth carries a custom step-and-repeat with lead capture built in. We can dress the booth surround to echo a room's period detailing, run prints on heavier stock for a luxury feel, and set an on-brand digital gallery so guests share their portraits the same night, which keeps the event circulating on social long after the last course is cleared.
COI and load-in for landmark buildings
NoMad's landmark and boutique-hotel venues come with their own load-in realities: period buildings with narrow service access, house production rules, and strict certificate-of-insurance requirements. We issue $1M/$2M COIs naming the venue and building management as additional insured, coordinate service-entrance and freight timing, and stage from garages nearby so setup stays quiet and on schedule, which matters in an intimate boutique room. Where union labor applies, we work within it. Brands like Bayer, Dior, Macy's and Chick-fil-A have trusted us to execute cleanly in exactly this kind of design-conscious, high-scrutiny setting.

Good questions, straight answers.
Which booth fits a gala at the Prince George Ballroom?
The glam booth, with editorial black-and-white portraits, matches the Prince George Ballroom's restored Neo-Renaissance elegance. If headcount is high, the mirror booth prints fast and keeps the line moving; a 360 booth adds a shareable moment.
Do you provide COI for NoMad landmark and hotel venues?
Yes. We issue $1M/$2M certificates of insurance naming the venue and building management as additional insured, which the Prince George Ballroom, The Fifth Avenue Hotel and other NoMad venues require before load-in.
Can you work in NoMad's boutique hotels without disrupting the room?
Absolutely. We coordinate service-entrance and freight timing, keep footprints tight, and stage from nearby garages so setup stays quiet, which is important in intimate boutique-hotel spaces like Ace Hotel New York and The Fifth Avenue Hotel.
Do you offer branded photo experiences for corporate dinners in NoMad?
Yes. Our open-air selfie booth pairs a branded step-and-repeat and custom overlay with digital lead capture, and our 360 booth generates shareable content, both popular for brand dinners and media events in the neighborhood.
