Serving Financial District.
Moments from Financial District.
A glimpse at recent booths, activations and galas across the city.

Built for FiDi's landmark bank-hall galas
The Financial District is where Manhattan does grandeur at scale. A corporate gala under the 70-foot Wedgwood dome at Cipriani Wall Street (55 Wall Street) hits differently than a hotel ballroom, and a product launch or fundraiser inside the Great Hall at Cipriani 25 Broadway — 65-foot ceilings, marble columns, 360-degree projection mapping — deserves a booth that reads as part of the design, not an afterthought in the corner. We've worked the banking-hall circuit down here: 48 Wall Street with its 1920s columns and marble staircases, and the glass-domed Winter Garden at Brookfield Place on the Hudson side. In rooms this tall and this ornate, we recommend the glam booth for its editorial black-and-white output and the 360 booth for a hero activation moment that photographs beautifully against the architecture.
COI-ready for Class A buildings and union venues
Downtown venues and their building-management companies do not wave you through the door on a handshake. Most Class A towers and landmark halls in FiDi require a Certificate of Insurance naming both the venue and building management as additional insured, frequently at $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate. We issue those COIs fast, with the exact additional-insured language each building's risk desk wants, and we coordinate with union venues where load-in labor and floor rules are non-negotiable. This is the part that quietly kills a lot of booth vendors down here. It's routine for us — corporate, brand-activation, and university event teams book us specifically because the insurance and compliance side is handled before we ever load a case.
Freight elevators, loading docks, and where we stage
FiDi logistics are their own sport. Narrow historic streets, restricted curb access, timed loading docks, and freight elevators that need to be reserved in advance all shape how and when a booth actually gets into the room. We plan load-in around each venue's dock window and freight-elevator schedule, stage equipment from nearby Financial District parking garages so we're not circling one-way blocks with a van full of gear, and build in buffer for security screening at corporate towers. Whether it's a VIP dinner at a Wall Street address or a conference activation near Bowling Green and Battery Park, we scope the freight path first — because a beautiful booth that can't make it upstairs on time is worthless.
The right booth for the room and the brand
Match the booth to the event. For high-throughput corporate holiday parties and conferences where a long line can't stall, the mirror booth prints fast and keeps guests moving. For brand activations and product launches, the open-air selfie booth is the workhorse: a branded step-and-repeat backdrop, logo overlays, and built-in lead capture so marketing walks away with data, not just photos. The 360 booth is the showpiece for galas and VIP dinners, and the glam booth's editorial B&W look suits luxury and fashion crowds — we've supported activations for brands like Bayer, Dior, Macy's, and Chick-fil-A. Add green screen, animated GIFs, or light painting when the concept calls for something with more range. We also handle weddings in FiDi's landmark venues, though our downtown work leans corporate, gala, and university/alumni events.

Good questions, straight answers.
Can you provide a COI for a Financial District Class A building?
Yes. We routinely issue Certificates of Insurance naming the venue and building management as additional insured, typically at $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate, with the specific language each building's risk desk requires. Send us your venue's COI request and we'll turn it around before load-in.
Which venues in the Financial District do you serve?
We cover FiDi's landmark corporate and gala venues, including Cipriani Wall Street at 55 Wall Street, the Great Hall at Cipriani 25 Broadway, 48 Wall Street, and the Winter Garden at Brookfield Place, plus corporate towers, VIP dinners, and conference spaces throughout the district.
How do you handle freight elevators and loading docks downtown?
We plan every load-in around the venue's reserved freight-elevator and loading-dock window, stage gear from nearby FiDi garages instead of circling one-way streets, and build in time for corporate security screening. We scope the freight path before booking so the booth is set and ready on schedule.
What booth is best for a corporate gala or brand activation in FiDi?
For galas and VIP dinners in tall landmark halls, the 360 booth and editorial glam booth photograph best against the architecture. For brand activations and product launches, the open-air selfie booth with a branded step-and-repeat and lead capture is ideal. For high-volume corporate parties, the mirror booth prints fast and keeps lines moving.
Do you do weddings in the Financial District too?
We do. Our downtown work leans corporate, gala, brand-activation, and university/alumni events, but we also serve weddings in FiDi's landmark venues — with the same COI, freight, and union-venue coordination those buildings require.
