The skyline is the backdrop
DUMBO gives you a photo backdrop that money genuinely cannot recreate: the Manhattan Bridge framing the skyline, the Brooklyn Bridge to your left, and cobblestone underfoot. That's why it draws so many product launches, agency parties and tech-company events, and why couples fight for waterfront dates here. DigiBooths NYC is a NYC-native operation built to make that view work for you. Our 360 booth is the star of the neighborhood, spinning the East River and downtown towers behind every guest, but we also bring editorial glam booths, high-throughput mirror booths for a fast-moving crowd, and open-air selfie booths against a branded step-and-repeat for lead capture. Green screen, GIF and light painting fill out the menu. From our Hell's Kitchen office it's a short run through the tunnel or over the bridge, so we're an easy call for a DUMBO date.
The DUMBO rooms we run
We've worked the neighborhood's warehouse lofts and waterfront rooms. 26 Bridge, a refurbished 12,000-square-foot metal factory on Bridge Street with original brick and tall ceilings, hosts launches and galas up to 400-plus and photographs like a set. Dumbo Loft at 155 Water Street is an 1891 warehouse with wood columns and huge windows framing the cobblestones and bridge arches. On the waterfront, 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge on Furman Street opens 12-foot windows onto the park and skyline, with Harriet's Rooftop above. Time Out Market inside the historic Empire Stores warehouse pairs a food hall with a fifth-floor rooftop that catches both bridges. For dinners under the Manhattan Bridge, Celestine and Cecconi's both put the skyline on the terrace. St. Ann's Warehouse, in the restored 1860 Tobacco Warehouse, rounds out the industrial-arts options.
Why the 360 booth owns this neighborhood
Nowhere in the five boroughs does the 360 booth pay off like DUMBO. Positioned near a window at 1 Hotel or on the Time Out rooftop, the slow-motion arm sweeps guests against a live skyline that reads instantly as New York, and those clips go straight to social with your branding baked in. For brand activations we skin the platform, add a branded intro-and-outro and hand your team the shareable files in real time. When you want stills instead of motion, the glam booth's editorial B&W turns a launch into press-worthy portraits, and the open-air selfie booth against a step-and-repeat feeds a clean lead-capture list. For weddings, a smaller but photogenic slice of our DUMBO work, the mirror booth's instant prints and the 360's cinematic clips are the crowd favorites.
COI, freight and cobblestone logistics
DUMBO's charm is also its challenge: cobblestone streets, converted-factory freight elevators and tight waterfront access all need planning. We issue COIs at $1M/$2M with the venue and building management named as additional insured, ahead of house deadlines. For lofts like 26 Bridge and Dumbo Loft we confirm freight-elevator windows and cart routes over uneven cobblestone, and we plan staging so a 360 platform and its ring light are built and tested before doors. Waterfront properties like 1 Hotel and events touching Brooklyn Bridge Park often require permits or specific certificate-holder language, and outdoor activations in the park run on the special-event permit system for groups over 20, all of which we help coordinate. Parking and standing space are scarce here, so we sort loading logistics with the venue in advance.

Good questions, straight answers.
Is a 360 booth worth it in DUMBO?
Very much so. DUMBO's skyline and bridge backdrops are what the 360 booth was built for. Positioned near a window at 1 Hotel or on the Time Out Market rooftop, it captures the Manhattan skyline behind every guest in cinematic slow motion, branded and ready to share instantly.
Can you get equipment into a cobblestone-street loft venue?
Yes. DUMBO's converted factories like 26 Bridge and Dumbo Loft have freight elevators and cobblestone approaches. We confirm elevator windows, plan cart routes and stage the build so the booth is tested before guests arrive.
Do you provide COIs for DUMBO waterfront venues?
We do. We issue $1M/$2M certificates naming the venue and building management as additional insured. Waterfront spaces like 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge and events near Brooklyn Bridge Park often need specific language, which we handle ahead of the deadline.
Which booth works best for a brand activation in DUMBO?
The 360 booth for skyline motion clips, or the open-air selfie booth against a branded step-and-repeat when you want branded stills plus a lead-capture list. Many activations run both. We skin the platform and deliver files in real time.
How quickly can you cover a DUMBO event?
We're a short run from our Hell's Kitchen office through the tunnel or over the bridge, so tight timelines are usually workable. Call (212) 705-8746 and we'll confirm availability and spec a package.
