At DigiBooths, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal data collected during our photo booth and digital activation services. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle, store, and secure information to give peace of mind to both event organizers and their guests.
1. Information We Collect
When guests interact with our booths or digital services, we may collect:

Photos, videos, GIFs, and other media created during the activation.

Anonymous Data Collection:
Upon request from the event organizer, DigiBooths can configure activations so that no personally identifiable information is collected. In this mode, guests can participate and create content anonymously while still receiving access to their media.
Guest Awareness & Disclaimers:
If an event organizer requests that guest data (such as emails or phone numbers) be shared with them, DigiBooths will always provide a clear disclaimer or notice to guests prior to using the booth. This ensures guests understand what information is being collected and how it will be shared.
2. How We Use Information
We only use collected data to support the agreed event services, including:

Delivering media content to guests.

Providing branded event content for the event organizer.

Generating reports or analytics requested by the organizer.

Improving and ensuring the quality of our services.
We do not sell, rent, or share guest data with third parties outside of the event relationship.
3. Data Security

All data is transmitted using encrypted (SSL/HTTPS) connections.

Media and personal information are stored on secure servers with restricted access.

Event galleries are password-protected and accessible only to those with the direct link.

Galleries are not publicly listed or advertised unless specifically requested by the client.

Our systems are maintained in accordance with GDPR standards of compliance, ensuring data is handled responsibly and transparently.
4. Data Retention & Deletion

Guest data is retained only for the time necessary to fulfill services.

Event galleries may remain accessible for up to two (2) years after the event.

By default, media is archived after 30 days unless an extended gallery duration is agreed upon with the client.

Clients may request shorter or longer retention periods (within the 2-year limit).

Guests may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us.
5. Guest Rights
Guests have the right to:

Request access to their personal data.

Request corrections or deletion of their data.

Withdraw consent for use of their media.

Participate in events without providing personal details, if anonymous collection has been enabled.

6. Sharing Data with Clients
All event content and related data are shared only with the event organizer (our client). For example, if an event is hosted on behalf of a brand, that brand will receive access to the content created at their activation.
