A photo booth company that actually lives in New York City
DigiBooths NYC is based in the middle of Manhattan. Our office sits in Midtown Manhattan / Hell's Kitchen, a block from the A/C/E at 50th, walking distance to the Broadway houses, Times Square and Hudson Yards. That matters more than it sounds. When your planner texts at 4pm that the freight elevator window at a Class A building on Sixth Avenue just moved up an hour, we're not driving in from another state — we're already in the borough. We build, deliver and staff photo booths for events across all five boroughs, and we do it with crews who know the difference between load-in on Wythe Ave and load-in on Wall Street.
Booths for the way New York works — and celebrates
New York events aren't one thing, so our booths aren't either. The selfie booth is the compact, open-air workhorse for a Bathhouse Studios product launch, a Chelsea brand activation or a Midtown conference. Our 360 booth turns a corporate rooftop in Long Island City or a Williamsburg activation into a slow-motion video moment guests post before the night's over. The mirror booth prints fast and keeps a 300-person line moving at a Gotham Hall gala. And the glam booth — the black-and-white, skin-smoothing, magazine-cover look made famous uptown — belongs at a Pierre or Plaza wedding reception where the dress code is serious. Whatever the room, we bring the booth that fits it.
Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens — and everything in between
In Manhattan we're in landmark ballrooms and hotel rooms from the Financial District up through the Upper East Side: Cipriani on Wall Street, Gotham Hall near Herald Square, 583 Park Avenue, The Glasshouse over on the West Side. In Brooklyn we set up in adaptive-reuse industrial spaces — Brooklyn Winery in Williamsburg, The Green Building in Gowanus, 26 Bridge and The Dumbo Loft under the Manhattan Bridge. In Queens we cover the big banquet halls of Astoria and Flushing plus the skyline rooftops of Long Island City. One company, one insurance certificate process, one crew that knows the city.
We speak fluent NYC venue logistics
Getting a photo booth into a New York building is half the job. Nearly every venue in the city requires a Certificate of Insurance before you clear the loading dock — typically $1M per occurrence, $2M aggregate, with the venue and building management named as additional insureds, spelled exactly the way their management company demands. We produce COIs fast and correctly, so your booth isn't the vendor turned away at the freight elevator. We plan around scheduled load-in windows, shared service elevators, union labor rules at the convention halls and hotels, cobblestone carts in DUMBO, and the reality that nobody parks on the street in Midtown. That fluency is why NYC planners keep our number.
Corporate events, brand activations, university events — and everything New York throws at us
The bulk of what we do is corporate and large-scale. We run brand activations and product launches in Chelsea galleries and Hell's Kitchen white-box spaces, staff Midtown conferences and holiday parties, and cover FiDi galas in the old bank halls. New York's universities keep us busy too — commencements, alumni galas, homecoming and campus activations for schools like NYU, Columbia and Fordham. Nationally we've powered activations and events for brands like Bayer, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Macy's and Chick-fil-A, plus corporate and university clients like UPMC, Shell and Carnegie Mellon. And yes, we still staff luxury weddings on Park Avenue, creative weddings in Bushwick warehouses, Sweet 16s in Queens catering halls, and multicultural celebrations — sangeets and baraats in Long Island City, Greek receptions in Astoria, Quinceañeras in Corona. If it happens in the five boroughs, we've probably had a booth in the room.

Good questions, straight answers.
Where in NYC are you based?
Right in Manhattan — Midtown Manhattan, in Hell's Kitchen / Midtown West, near the A/C/E at 50th, Times Square and Hudson Yards. We serve all five boroughs from here.
Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance for my venue?
Yes. Almost every NYC venue requires one before load-in. We carry general liability (commonly $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate) and will name your venue and building management as additional insureds with the exact wording their management company requires — sent well ahead of your freight-elevator window.
Can you handle union venues and Class A buildings?
Yes. We work regularly in union venues and corporate towers where freight elevators, loading docks and labor rules are strictly scheduled. We coordinate load-in slots in advance and staff accordingly.
How does parking and load-in work in the city?
We plan for it. Street parking near most Manhattan venues is unrealistic, so we schedule loading-dock access, keep a crew member with the vehicle during the unload window, and stage from nearby garages when needed. In DUMBO we plan for cobblestone carts and older freight elevators.
Which boroughs do you cover?
Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens are our core, and we also cover the Bronx and Staten Island. Ask about your specific venue and we'll confirm coverage and any load-in details.
